"Very rude to disable people especially with people who are deaf. They refused to talk in person and refuse to acknowledge that I'm deaf. I barely could even hear them on there tiny speaker. I'm homeless and disabled and this is how you treat others. Very low Very low Lee County."

"I did the application before 3 days notice,they don't help,then i get another week from my landlord to pay i never get the help,as today I'm leaving my apartment with a daughter of 6 years old,i lost everything because i never get caught with debts after my heart attack on July 18,very horrible experience and office and everything trough emails,more worst if your old or almost blind,like me fighting with those tiny letters on my phone with my old glasses,thanks house authority for trow me and my daughter 6 years old to the street,great job,and by the way in 10 years here in Florida i never request help from the government my first time was this and last,trust me,and frustrated and just my moral on the floor,happy new year in the cold streets,hope you never need nothing ball of senseless PLO behind phones."

"There is way too many bars kids in this community to the point where the office doesn’t care anymore. The kids will throw rocks at people windows. They have tried to steal one person care before. Some of their rule’s doesn’t make sense. One of the Hispanic workers gives you nothing but an attitude every time you talk to her. You rarely find an actual worker that cares."

"If i could rate lower i really would. My aunt has been homeless since January with FIVE kids and no one can help her. Better yet she does have a social worker from this place BUT she alleges she cannot do anything."
