"The Carlton of Fort Myers is a good place to live. It is so sad to see Emily go! Her customer service and attention to detail was absolutely perfect! Thank you Emily for all you have done for me and my son! You will be missed! Arianna, you are also so helpful, courteous and both ladies very professional. On another note... Josh and Jose in Maintenance have been outstanding! I am always pleased when they come through and take care of any needs for my unit. I have been here almost 3 years now and they are great! The turn around is quick for any requests are completed very quickly. Thank you guys for being super awesome and making sure things get taken care off in a timely manner."

"This place is an absolute joke, just like the person who runs it Luisa. The trash compactor is constantly broken, which leads to the trash piling up, which then leads to roaches near the trash and crawling out from the compactor. If you’re trying to move out, good luck, because Luisa will try to scam you out of money, and charge you a fee to move out even if you follow the policy. Luisa is passive, aggressive, and extremely vindictive. Also, if you don’t get there early, you won’t find any parking near your building. Hopefully you don’t have any packages mailed to your apartment because they will most definitely be stolen or “lost” which the office will tell you it’s not their problem. Luisa will let you know that it was your mistake."

"Great place to call home. Have lived here since February of 2022. Units are nice. Maintenance has always been great & very helpful. If you don’t like dogs, this place probably isn’t for you."

"I really have to give it up to The Carlton. Thousands and thousands of people applying and looking to live here. You can see the amount of views on their site. They did a fantastic job helping us out with obtaining an apartment and walking us through the process. This isn’t my first rodeo- by FAR. I’ve lived in many communities and I can tell off the bat, this is the one I will enjoy the most. The leasing staff are incredible and reliable. They are flexible with you and provide an excellent space to conduct business. It’s enjoyable- which I haven’t experienced at any other apartment complex. Thank you to Wendy and Emily for helping us become members to such a wonderful community. We’ve had 0 issues thus far and the space is incredible, not to mention the most affordable in fort Myers that I’ve seen recently. Thank you everyone and thank you The Carlton family for providing an amazing complex for your residents!!"
