"Went there to have a look since I have an application on the waiting list but hadn’t seen it yet. The office was closed but we felt comfortable to look around the lobby area. The entire lobby area, including the gym was immaculate with windows all around. The tenants coming in and out were very friendly. My daughter went back another day and spoke with the woman property mgr. and found her to be very helpful,friendly and forthcoming about all of our questions. Hopefully my next review will be as a new tenant!"

"Not friendly to applicants in groups with civil rights protections probably breaking federal , state and city civil rights anti discrimination related laws. Especially unfriendly to LGBTQ + disabled senior applicants! They act like it’s NOT ILLEGAL! They ARE NOT CAREFUL with all the personal information that potential renters submit and give it out to the wrong persons carelessly. Ask them what is the criteria to live on the 4th or 5th floor and you will get wildly different answers every single time! Not good! Scandalous and sad the Sarasota Housing is complicit with obvious violations of city , State and federal housing laws! Housing counselor told us this place , like it's sister building in Newtown is infested with bedbugs!"

"The management is great. Barbara is an amazing person she is the most respectful she truly has a heart of gold. I would highly recommend for anybody to live there this is definitely a six-star place. Definitely children-friendly very clean."
