"Nice, well maintained apartments inside. Outside grounds however are a DIFFERENT matter. Loose, unbagged, not placed in supplied garbage cans, is quite frequently the case at least a day before the trash is picked up. Quite literally looks like a rundown project on Mondays and Thursdays with rats commonly seen.. Household junk lies around waiting for pick-up which never happens. The whole southern parkway has no active sprinklers working, so just the tress are still 'growing', but all the bushes are dead or dying. The landscaping around each building has installed sprinklers but are never used, ergo no grass-just weeds and dirt. Guess since this is one of the cheapest places in the area, 'ya get what you pay for..."
