"Very Unprofessional customer / resident service. Came in because I was locked out of my residence after leaving my apartment unlocked unable to find my key temporarily and maitance came in and when leaving , locked my door as should do for safety of my home, but were unaware I needed to get back in since my key was lost. Waited until the next morning having to make other sleeping arrangemnets unable to contact them. When finally going to the other complex associated with them because our office was closed for unknown reasons, the leasing manager did not make eye contact with me and kept looking away and talking with another employee as if I were not a priority as a resident needing to get back into my home I pay them for each month. She had an attitude and was clearly not one for putting the resident first. All I wanted was to be let into my residence and feel that I had to beg and plead for some acknowledgment, respect and help."

"My husband and I moved here not too long ago. I called here to ask a few questions and whether or not any 2 bedroom units were available. In the middle of my sentence the lady cut me off, she was EXTREMELY rude, and very very short. She then asked me "is that all" and I said yes she immediately hung up the phone on me. Super rude."

"I have lived here for a year. It is not bad for a low income apt. Where else can you get this rent for the size? What do ppl expect with the complaints? I have not tried to use the pool yet, hope to this summer. The laundry has been ok, I will say maintenance has been slow, seems to have picked up with new mgmt. We shall see. Of course when you have a mixed environment (age-families with children, singles, seniors) ppl are going to be dissatisfied with something. Ok, I'll update this. I lived here two years. I do not recommend anyone living here or in Arcadia for that matter. Maintenance is non-existent. I had many many problems which mgmt and maintenance would not fix. Roaches like crazy! When I reported the roaches, I was asked when and where I saw them. Uhhhh....I couldn't remember every single time. old mgmt I'd write it down. Mgmt replied "NO don't write it down!" Write it down, I'd have proof I told them. "Pool". Only open if mgmt is in office. Swim at your own risk. Laundry, load a card ya buy in the mgmt office. If office is not open, cannot load card. Arcadia is listed as the 3rd most racist town/city in Florida. Confederate flags are the norm. Horrid place to live. School system low rated. Healthcare, joke."

"Oak Trails is terrible. The office staff is rude and unwilling to help you. Their apartments are trash and constanly failing the tenant. The pool is frequently down and out of service and only open when the office is which is frequently closed. They advertise they are open on Saturday but rarely are, only leaving a note on the door the day before to suffice for all residents. Jonathan, one of the employees is consistently rude and degrading to tenants, rolling his eyes and acting like your problems are inconveniencing his time. Their washers and dryers are constantly eating your money and it takes weeks to get your money back. It is not unusual for it to take a month or more to have a work order compelted. I have been there almost a year and would never do this but I am so tired of the service here and disgusted with how we are treated as paying tenants. *****RENTER BEWARE******"

"I would not recommend Oaks Trails. I have lived here for a few months and they are slow to fix any problem and when you ask them to fix a problem they are extremely rude to you. They act as if they are doing you a favor by fixing any issue and that you have to just "deal with the problem until they get to it." It takes months to get a problem resolved, even serious issues such as mold. So, if you want to live in a place that does not fix issues in a timely manner and who are extrelemy rude to you then this would be the perfect place for you."
