"We're headed into our 9th year as of March 2021 here at Charlotte Crossing. I can't say enough regarding the quality of life in this Deep Creek community we have called home since 2013. The staff is First Rate! Any concerns, and they have been few have always been addressed expeditiously with care and with our comfort top of mind with regard to on-site management and maintenance supervision. Hats off to Gloria, Joe and Dan for the level-headed, patient way they always take care of any needs or concerns we or our neighbors may have, and especially during SW Florida storms/hurricanes and during the COVD-19 pandemic.
