Flats at Sundown

"When I moved to North Port I decided I wanted an apartment and was done owning a house, and I like having my windows open so when I found Flats at Sundown had some elevators and garages I was there so quick to see the apartments. I met with Shoghi and loved the apartment floor plan. Plenty of space in kitchen, storage room on balcony and closet space. The apartment I wanted I had to wait for and then there were a few hiccups but Elizabeth, the property manager, Breanna the assistant property manager and Shoghi all helped and I felt so important and they took such good care of me. Now after moving in there were a few small problems and I met the maintenance men Justin and Derek. Let me tell you they are great. Just this AM I had a small issue, I put it on the maintenance page and within 10 minutes they were here and solved the problem within a few minutes. Along with the location, the whole staff here makes me thrilled that I chose the right place."

"Moving is stressful! Long distance moving even more so. Elizabeth the Senior Property manager worked with me Via both email as well as phone calls to help ease all my fears of not being in Florida to choose or see my own unit. She listened to all my crazy requests and then chose the best unit to meet my needs as well as to send me outdoor photos of my exact location and surroundings. She handled the entire paperwork process quickly and easily making my transition seem easy. I have lived here just under a month and so far I love it. The pool is very well kept. The walk ways are well lit, open and clean. I requested a few items to be completed in my unit, minor things like a light bulb repair and some touch out work and Justin from maintenance completed exactly as I requested and with in 24hours. Thanks Justin and Elizabeth, and thank you Flats of Sundown for welcoming me to Florida!"

"I went and toured the community. I met with Shogi and Elizabeth, they were so welcoming and made me feel like I was valued. The property has great amenities, I really loved the dog park. The apartments were spacious, clean. I enjoyed the tour. I would recommend."

"This place is amazing! I Love the cleanliness and spacious units! The pool is a great amenity with the outdoor grilling area and patio seating! The gym in the clubhouse is nice as well as the yoga room, community kitchen and the coffee machine next to the business lounge. There are several walking trails and ponds on the property that have made it easy to walk our dog and enjoy nightly views! It’s not far from all the shops and restaurants plus the new management and staff has been super on top of communication and hosting events! We love to meet our neighbors and look forward to summer festivities!"
