"An observation of this complex is the water leak in the parking lot. Leak is intense and the residents per conversations I’ve had with them is that the water bill is out of control. This is something that should be definitely looked into since it is not the residents responsibility to pay high water fees when the complex is not maintaining the living conditions accordingly. Maybe it is an issue the city should get involved with."

"My roommates & I have lived here for 3 going on 4 years now. We like it. It’s not super fancy, price can be a little nuts. Tho the people around are very kind and sweet. Maintenance man Chris is the best we’ve seen here, since began living here. Chris is always on point when asked to do something. The Property manager Katelyn, other than Travis, best we’ve had here. Only concern for moving forward they work on better livable prices."
