"Rented through Vrbo one of their properties at the Palm Bay Club. Grease, mold and insect parts on the kitchen floor. Stained mattress and box spring. Holes in both arms of recliner. Loose glass table top in dining area. Rust inside toaster oven, cracked toilet seat and broken electrical plate with exposed wires in bedroom. Home & Condo only response was to offer to send back the cleaners. I asked to speak to the owner of the unit. Response, he is out of the country and unavailable. We have had two great previous stays at the Palm Bay club with access to the owners. This was a disaster!"

We stayed at Cozy Cove and were very happy with our stay. Only recommend we would have the staff at this location is a light on the pool during the evening time."

"Worst vacation ever! When we arrived there was dog hair covering the couches and beds and dog poop by the pool the washing machine and dryer were broke the pool was NOT heated but the worst part after the second day on our trip we noticed bites all over us and our 2 year old son! Fleas or bed bugs? We tried contacting the staff so they could make it right and nothing was done. My family and I will never vacation here again nor would I recommend anyone else to."
