"I have had a Bat colony in my roofing system for over a year. We summit work orders and only solution is putting up a mesh . The bats are still coming in we need a professional removal company if grenelefe maintenance is incompetent to perform a proper repair. Sorry for the negative review but I’ve brought my situation to your office multiple times and still a year later we are in the same position."

"Deserves zero stars. We lived here for 6 years, things would always break and we could never get anyone out to fix anything. This past February we received a letter on our door doubling rent or to be out in 2 weeks, which we got right after they fixed our staircase after begging for a year. There were literal holes and boards missing.. The potholes the size of the Grand Canyon. When we moved out they ignored our calls and texts after saying they’ve mailed us the deposit which we never received. Months later we called from a private number - they answer and said we aren’t getting our money back all due to all the “damages” but have no evidence or receipts for said repairs. the water lady reached out recently to get our new address (us thinking they were mailing the deposit after fighting for so long) just to send it to the new water company and now I’m being billed almost $1000 for a place SHE KNEW we no longer lived in. No one answers the phones and there’s no voicemails set up. To top it all off, the last lease we signed wasn’t even dated 2022-2023 because they didn’t have new copies available so the copy of the last lease we signed is useless to this new water company. GRENELEFE has scammed us in every way possible. Please save the headache and trouble from renting here."

"This used to be a nice, affordable place to live. Now they are literally kicking everyone out at the end of their lease, doing minor upgrades, and listing the “upgraded” apartments for almost double the original rent. This place will be a a ghost town in a few years. It’s already literally falling apart. Also: Good luck getting your deposit back."

"the new management should allocate parking for residents. My husband and I have lived in the same apartment for 4 years and we've been parking in the same spot for the same 4 years. And a few days ago we have some people who live in the building next door who have their parking lots in front of their building and have been parked for a whole week in the two places that my husband and I have been using for 4 years. And the most that bothers me is that those people since they came to live there have seen that we always park in the same place and that they are from another building."
