"I am a resident. I cannot use the pool because I work and they open only Monday thru Friday from 9am to 5pm. Many residents are upset for the same reason. We pay for the pool facilities and yet we cannot use it. It has been more than a year that we are waiting for the pool to open weekends. Sandra Defendini"

"I should give 0 stars this place is a slum. You can be the cleanest person and as much as they say they fumigate they do a horrible job. There's always nasty roaches, bugs, and sugar ants and I'm a very clean person. They take forever to fix and repair things. I was also told I have to move that they would not renew my lease and gave me a less than 15 day notice yet they expect the tenants to give a three month notice. I've never ever paid my rent late its always been paid on time and we are not loud noisy tenanants. You can here everything downstair, some neighbors are loud ghetto and allow their kids destroy other peoples property and when you report it the apartment complex does nothing about it. Im not the type to like to complain but they make the good responsible tenants move and allow the irresponsible unclean tenants to live here. The property Manager is very rude, unproffesional,and rude. I do not recommend this place at all. Then they look at your review about them and act like they care or concerned which is all be and a front."

"New management now. Always harassing residents and always threatening termination for stupidity. For example, broken blinds. These apartments are highly roach infested & their pest control doesn't help & most of the time don't even show up. The office never answers the phone or their messages. Calls forward to another office which do not help at all & have no clue what the actual office in St cloud is doing. Avoid the headache and stress. Don't move here."
