"I recently had the pleasure of residing at Sebring Square, and it has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. When I expressed interest in renting a unit, I knew I had found a gem in finding an accommodating community within Sebring. The customer service was phenomenal; The staff members were professional, genuinely caring, and attentive to the needs of the residents. Whether a maintenance request or a simple inquiry, they always went above and beyond to ensure resident satisfaction. One of the first things I noticed about Sebring Square was its cleanliness. The amenities, roads, sidewalks, and landscaping were always spotless, creating a welcoming environment that felt like home. Also, the communication between staff and residents was terrific. From important updates to community events, the management team keeps residents informed through various channels, ensuring everyone feels connected and informed. Most importantly, the Sebring Square community was equipped with security features like a secure entry gate and strict speed limit signs, providing peace of mind to all residents (and children, too). I always felt safe and secure within the premises, even during late hours/early mornings while walking my dogs. Overall, renting from Sebring Square was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this community to be your next home!"

It is a peaceful place to relax and get to know your neighbors. There is plenty to keep you busy here with all the well maintained amenities. We like the weight room and the pool and there are people on the pickleball court almost every day."

Mrs. Kay was really sweet & took the time to show me some options that are available, as well as show me around the community. Mrs. Julie was so understanding & kind, she able to help me through the process which was super helpful as a first time renter! They both were very detailed and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Sebring Square!!"
