"Lived here since 2011, been through different mgt changes and maintenance technician changes. Having said that, closed the old front office near the laundry room, so you can't go in to use the computer room or wait for your laundry when it's raining or easily access the fitness center, while you wait for your laundry. Also, water and sewer charges are very high each month. From Oct 3rd to Oct 26th, maintenance couldn't resolve an issue with replacing my fridge and fixing the drawer in the fridge they replaced. They have 2 maintenance people for a 461 apartment complex and I've been told there's another person whom I've yet to see. Overall, they are all very nice people. I just feel bad for them, they are put in a sticky situation and their hands are tied."

"They must be doing something good, lived here going on 5 years. Our apt is is quite and we have two pools , the landscape is really good.only thing I would change is get remotes to open up the gates instead of using the fob .and include something I'm rent like basic cable or water .update them make them smart apts"

"The first apartment we moved into was a studio apartment and when we moved in there was a massive bed bug infestation after 2 weeks of there pest control company coming in and "treating" the place we were still getting eaten up by bed bugs. They remedied the situation by moving us into a 1 bedroom for the same lease price. Probably won't renew the lease next year"

"Lived here, the complex was nice, very big, 2 pools, racquet ball, gym, tennis courts, sand volleyball etc. Close to everything, US19 right there, 275 and 60 nearby to cross to Tampa. Didn't gave a 5 star because of the nearby neighborhood, pretty bad, school is rated 1 out of 10."

"Very nice place to live. Decent apartments, average pricing. Lots of updates happening. The maintenance team is very helpful and friendly."
