"If you are looking for a nice home in an even better neighborhood, keep looking. You will not find that in Sereno. Sereno offers great amenities, nice floor plans, and a location that is rapidly growing. When I toured my model home, I knew it was the place to be, boy was I wrong. One major issue here is the blatant racism and stereotyping. If you are a brown person they assume you don't "belong" and are automatically up to no good. They will call the cops on you under the guise of "suspicious activity". One neighbor that routinely walks for exercise...was blasted on the neighborhood page as possibly casing the neighborhood, because he was..wait for it......black, wearing a hoodie, and out walking. Can you imagine him reading that about himself on his "neighborhood" page. (People will deny this. I have screenshots) This neighborhood is full of "neighbors" that CONSTANTLY complain. They complain about: 1. Kids playing outside(because silent playing is always an option) 2. The noise from additional houses being built (in a new community) 3. People playing music during the day time. 4. Someone complained because another adult made a decision to ride his bike in the street. 5. They want access to another communities amenities. When they should've just moved into that community instead.(#LagoonSoon) 6. Most recently have decided to sue the HOA because they don't like the rules...even though the rules have been in the same rules available online for awhile now. The people here are filled with a rage I have never witnessed in a neighborhood before. There are a select few that want it their way or no way. They list their disdain for this neighborhood daily. I often wonder why they chose to move here. With that being said, if any of this excites you or makes you feel all warm and fuzzy, Sereno is the community for you."

"As beautiful as this community is it is run by a bunch of liars. Come and ask any neighbor... we were promised a golf cart path... tons of excuses. They are still advertising this. We were promise a fitness walking trail still advertising that —but if you speak to somebody in the office they say that has been canceled . We were promised access to the upcoming Crystal Lagoons... now they are saying we are not able to have that. They told us after we got our homes if any trees died it was our responsibility to replace them they gave us a list of trees... some of us were approved by word-of-mouth —- because we are banding together as a community against these liars they are driving through our neighborhood and telling us to remove the trees that we put in place of the dying oak trees they gave us...Beautiful neighborhood that management is a bunch of liars and they’re going to ruin it"

"I actually live here and love it. It is a gated community with a community pool, clubhouse, tennis, pickle ball, shuffle board, fitness trails, a tot lot for the kids, dog parks and more. It is also golf cart friendly."

"Absolutely wonderful. We were looking for a place to build a new home and this place checks off almost every box. An outdoor community center with a large pool, a dog park, pickle ball courts, walking and golf cart paths, community-wide Ultra Fi Wi-Fi, and more. We are looking forward to our new home being built there and settling into this great community."
