Gibson St apartments

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. Let's talk about the apartment first, I only got to meet the Landlord who owns the apartments once and that was when I came to look at E7 in April of 2023. It's a one bed one bath for two adults seems like it can be do able, first problem we had for MONTHS before anything was actually done about it. But one of our burners didn't work and it wasn't until August that Kim the landlord finally got a new oven put in to my apartment and thank god she finally did something about it because the oven she had first place in here would've caught on fire if we kept on using. I say this because when maintenance came to look at it almost caught on fire while he was working on it. The next problem we had was our ac unit was flooding the inside of the apartment so we had to fix that ourselves, then we had to have a new fuse put into the breaker because the one that was in there wasn't strong enough for the breaker. I would also like to mention that trying to contact Kim about all these problems took FOREVER!! Like thanks for trying to prioritize your tenants since you know it's your business and all. I've had my car stolen twice now from this apartment and the day I'm writing this review is the morning of the second time my car was stolen, the first time was December 24th and police found it the following morning around the time 12am to 1:30am so don't think you're vehicle is safe here cause IT'S NOT! There's no really security camera's all that I've seen is some cheap camera that can't see anything at night cause the street lamp by my building doesn't work most of the time XD! Don't get me wrong I understand the rent's cheaper but this is just a sad excuse for an apartment building. I wouldn't recommend this place even if I was being held hostage and tortured to save my life, that's how bad I think this place is. Please keep you and your family safe by staying far away from here."
