"With living here just around 5 months I would not recommend living here. When i originally moved in, I was lied to about fees added on to rent, not to mention these water chiller fees that we are getting charged for that are upwards off $100 and it’s not even being used that much, so can’t wait to see what it’s going to be in the coming months. We have had horrible communication with the office and maintenance. Very disappointing complex and seems that most of the residents agree. There are much better places to live, so I would look elsewhere."

"Living here is extremely inconvenient. WiFi is out and we are NOT being reimbursed, amenities/hallways/elevators are not clean, community events are during times that are not convenient for residents, being charged an extreme amount for “water cooler energy efficient AC system,” I JUST got a fire extinguisher after living here a year and a half (guess that wasn’t a fire hazard), they don’t respond to emails, the list goes on and I have proof of all of this. Be weary of the positive reviews."

"Sammi made my Move-in process so easy and convenient. She made me feel right at home and made things really exciting about moving in without stress. So happy I met with her! the place is very nice. It’s very modern with an amazing kitchen. The amenities and yoga Studio also great. The hallways and main areas are clean and well kept"

"Sammi made my move in process incredibly easy and quick when I needed a place to live, she is super sweet and resourceful. They got me moved in only 3 days after I applied in my tight situation. I have no complaints, the apartment is amazing and very clean, the gym is awesome, I don't have a single complaint after almost a month here. Would recommend this to anybody looking to move downtown."

"It says luxury, but it is far from that. I have lived in this apartment since it was built and have lived here with previous management and the newest management. I am going to be brutally honest about the good and the bad. The 5 stars are mostly from people touring the facility...so beware. 1. The hallways -- the hallways are simply what you would see in a low-income apartment. I have added the pictures. Dead roaches, weird smells, and stains literally all over the place. I even see black mold on the third floor. They really need to get rid of the carpet altogether. When you tour..the first floor is clean and smells good. That is not the case for every other floor. Also...dog poop? Not good enough there has been human feces found inside the building from a homeless person who gets in and sleeps under the stairs. 2. Fees. --- They are double charging us for "chiller fees". Imagine paying 2000 rent..and then all of the sudden your $55 chiller fee becomes $165 dollars. Well that is what happened. Others with bigger apartments are paying upwards of $250 in unexpected fees. It is outrageous and not worth for this apartment. 3. Safety -- Apartments have been broken into, and cars have been broken into, and we still do not have security. Homeless people are always around this building and often get inside. The area is truly high crime and should have security. 4. Luxury Amenities - None...the pool is decent, and the ladies in the front are nice enough. But there's literally no reason rent should even be above $1500. If you can find another apartment, do so...this one is simply not worth it, and after living here for two years, I have no choice but to find somewhere else even if I pay more. Please see the photos for more. At this point, they should really let everyone break their list for no penalty."
