"While I knew in advance that per FHA that I would need a "doctor's note" from my VA doctor for my Service Dogs, the hostility that I received in just getting the proper form is unacceptable. I am a disabled Veteran with multiple disabilities including speech aphasia, the utter hostility, extreme rudeness I experienced was unacceptable, totally unprofessional and uncalled for. I was doing my upmost to abide by "the rules" and not cause any strife or discord Policy doesn't override Federal laws. ADA and HUD/FHA are Federal Laws."
