"The living conditions at the apartment complex where my mother and brother resided were nothing short of appalling. The presence of rats infesting the premises, coupled with the distressing existence of black mold in the laundry room, paints a grim picture of health hazards and safety concerns. Discovering a gaping hole where the rats gained entry, only exacerbated the issue, leading to food pilferage by these unwanted creatures. The lackadaisical response from the leasing office, dismissing legitimate complaints as mere attempts to escape the lease, is utterly deplorable. Their persistent failure to address multiple letters further highlights their neglectful and unresponsive attitude towards tenant concerns. It's concerning that the complex remains unsafe, posing health risks to its occupants, especially in Building 9, which seems to be the epicenter of these problems. Adding to these woes, the incessant noise pollution from neighboring establishments like the late-night hookah lounge and the blaring music from the adjacent barber shop creates an environment entirely unsuitable for individuals who work or families with children. The pervasive smell of weed throughout the complex only compounds the dismal living conditions, making it an inhospitable place for any resident. The fact that my brother and mother, due to the multitude of issues faced, requested to leave without forfeiting their deposit but received no response underscores the sheer lack of professionalism and concern for their well-being. The unresponsiveness and dismissive behavior displayed by the management are simply unacceptable, leaving tenants stranded in an uninhabitable environment without any recourse. In conclusion, the evident disregard for tenant safety, health, and basic living standards, alongside the unprofessional conduct of the management, strongly advises potential renters to steer clear of this apartment complex. The litany of issues renders it an unsuitable and unsafe living space, making it imperative for prospective residents to seek accommodation elsewhere for a decent quality of life."

She did multiple zoom calls with me to show me the complex and a model of the unit I would be renting out. She was extremely responsive to my calls and emails which is greatly appreciated. Unfortunately she couldn’t be there on my move in date but she made sure everything was ready for me and everything went very well."
