"I applied for 4204 Game Day Ct, Tampa, FL 33619 agent Maria Elena D'Amico sent me the application and showed me the house ( The house was no where near ready to be rented out, very dirty and many wall paint and lighting that needed repairs). Even though she acted in a professional manner during the showing, i waited 4 days and the house went pending to another tenant and i never heard from her and never got a reason as to why i didn’t get the house. I applied to progress residential the same day I applied for this house, and the process went much smoother and i got communication throughout the whole process and thankfully eventually got approved for the house."

"Very shady company. Kicked a family of 4 out durning a pandemic less than 4 days out of everyone in the home having COVID, because the “ homeowner” was ready the sell. Had less than 30 days to move or be homeless. Now that we are out of the house we have received our “ deposit back” but $650 less than what we paid for false repairs and cleaning. This company lies and steals beware Was in the home 4 years with random problems that would not be answered until we would ask at least 5 or more times. I do not suggest this company they lie and use their “ friends” to do shady work and very rude people to work on the homes."
"Desperate for housing, we reached out to Leslie (office Mgr.) and explained our situation. Later that afternoon Pat the owner of All Ready Property had reached out to offer us a rental. When we arrived we saw the manufactured home that would end up being our home. Pat and his crew were working hard on refurbishing and updating the place. Pat has good manners, professional skills and experience in remolding homes. We discussed the potential of the property and went over the terms. The following day, after making the deposit and filled out application, we received a phone call congratulating us on our new place! I feel a very warm welcome Both Leslie and Pat are really compassionate. If I understood correctly they manage close to 300 homes. I feel that this will be a great year in our new home."
