"We have had nothing but the best with the new management she speaks and knows everyone she tries to go out of her way to help everyone -unless it’s something crazy going on her office doors always open to anyone yes she had a lot to deal with coming into a broken situation and poor maintenance but she goes out of her way to help the residents here she even comes in on nights and weekends she helps plan community events luncheon/ is here and still trying to fix a broken situation Crucial issues. Give her a break she’s doing the best she can for situations she was handed."

"A lot of drug use at these apartments, and the manager turns her eye from it ! Terrible manager she’s rude she doesn’t care about the handicap people there. The residence are a gaggle of mean people who make it very uncomfortable for anyone to join activities, etc. They just got a new maintenance guy. The previous one did so much damage left things unfixed there’s mold in apartments. The hallways smell bad. You’re walking on nasty carpeting that doesn’t get cleaned. It gets spot vacuumed and that’s it. Will increase your rent until you can’t afford to live there It’s not income restricted it’s whatever they want to charge you. My aunts rent was raised $50 because they had to put a new roof on from the hurricane last year so they. Raised Everyone’s rent at their renewals just not a good place to live. Don’t let all these five star reviews you my aunt has lived there since the place opened and it has gone Downhill and will continue to go further downhill. Don’t move there. We’re moving my aunt out as soon as we can."
