"I wish I would have read the reviews prior to wasting almost $400 in application fees and administration fees ! I spoke to a girl named Sabrina I explained my situation and she stated they would work with me. One day I had 4 different people call asking if I applied and paid fees. It’s been 4 days since and no calls to tell me if I was approved. Spoke to Maria she stated it didn’t look good but she would submit a ticket and get back to me it’s been two more days and nothing as of yet. I call no one answers. I assume it’s a scam to get fees to not rent it to you and continue to profit! Beware guys this place is trash! I will submit a complaint to my bank for my money back and a better business review so they catch these thief’s! Don’t rent here! Look at the reviews first!!!!!"

"Do not rent here. I am beyond frustrated with this place. Have had soooo many issues with the entire home and leasing staff since move in (less than a year). Leasing office only care about getting your money. They do not care for their tenants. A list of things were not done and still are not done and or broken my my home. AC broke (took 3 days to fix - 90 degrees in the house), no emergency number to contact to report emergencies. Missing ice maker, floors coming up, paint all over the floors throughout the house, bugs coming into the house do to poor materials and poor building work. Back sliding door doesn’t work. Missing shelves, cheap shower rod ( fell 2nd day). App portal to pay rent goes down and they still charge you a late fee on the 3rd day, all whilst the app portal being down. Just goes to show everyone is having the same problems, if not more with. People moving out within 2 months of signing lease. Beyond frustrated with this place. You will literally waste your money moving here"

"paying so much money for this place for no reason! my toilets are always getting clogged for no reason. my bathroom construction did terrible have stains! we had so many bugs when we got the place and till this day i see holes where they can come from outside outside are backyard has so many insects! no pest control here! everything was not done properly. I have no ice maker! ESPECIALLY front office never answers when you call or email them! it’s been a terrible experience and i’m so ready for my lease to end."
