"If you want to pay very high rent for an ANCIENT apartment, nothing updated, no pool, no gym, no playground, no privacy, and want to have a very nosey/rude landlord that stays coming in your apartment... Even sometimes when you're at work without your knowledge, plus talk to other tenants about your personal business! and u want to be uncomfortable..MOVE HERE!!! Glad I moved from that hole in a wall apartment! Do better and update appliance's from all that money you're charging those poor tenants!! P.s and he do not like children living there either!!! Just a heads up you guy's!"

"Started at $1000 for a 2 bedroom. Crazy when I had a 3 bedroom for 900 a month in the same area. Tried to get him to justify and explaind there are presently brand new 3 bedroom 2 bath apartments with elevators that only run $1200 a month in the same area, he got mad and didn't want to hear it, said they were government housing ( they weren't ). He speaks about your business with his favorite Tennants. Don't move here!!"

"I would rate this place a 0 but I can't I can't tell you how horrible this man treats his clients and how HORRIBLE this man keeps up on his apartment appearance he hates children and says they make to much noise and for a 1 bedroom he is charging 1000 dollars NEVER LIVE HERE!!!"

"I do not recommend this place at all he does not like small children in the area complains that may make too much noise also He is charging $1100 for a two bedroom call that is about may be 500 ft.² there is no park or pool and you could definitely find another place for that price and live comfortably"

"The man was so rude . He told me I shouldn’t move in because my son is going to make noise. Basically telling me he wouldn’t lease the apartment because I have a child . Not even knowing how old my son is or knowing my schedule because I work all day . I wouldn’t recommend any families looking at these apartments! They are rude and inconsiderate towards females/mothers"
