"I will give these apartments a 3 and I wish I could give more and one of the main reasons is the A/C… we lived there for 2 years and I understand we were on the 3rd floor in Florida but you can’t expect people to be happy when the ac is set to 78 and the inside temperature is 82… my ac ran non stop in the summer and my bill was ridiculous. It was a cozy place to live but that ac issue and every time the maintenance would come they didn’t know how to fix it."

"Beware of this place. It is not safe to live here I was robbed at gunpoint here and the staff cares nothing about it’s tenants.All they care about is taking your money and leaving you under any living conditions. AC always breaking down, pest control issues, nonworking smoke detectors, on top of an office manager who suggests putting cardboard over broken windows on the first floor to a nine year old girls rooms the best she can do. And tells me to wait 45 to 60 days for a new glass. Was robbed at gunpoint here. Right in front of my door. Staff didn’t even ask for a police report when notified. This place is not safe and you will not have a staff that cares. Trust me and do not rent here."
