"Warning to potential Kensington Place tenants: My wife and I were scheduled to move in April 2023, with a leased signed February 2023. The amount of time between signing the lease and the least start date were filled with negligence, horrendous communication, and promises that were never fulfilled. With less than ONE week away from move-in day, specifically 04/06/23, we were informed that "due to unforeseen circumstances" regarding a meter, our unit would essentially not be ready by the least start date, nor anytime soon afterwards. This ONLY came after weeks of voicemails, emails, and messages that were never returned, and a promise that we wouldn't have been pushed to sign a lease if there was "any uncertainty that the unit wouldn't be ready in time." Furthermore, there were multiple times where the leasing office was completely empty when we were seeking/demanding answers to unanswered questions in-person. Ultimately, we were left to terminate our future lease with Kensington around the same time that a prior lease was expiring. I am not sure if things have changed since tenants began moving into Kensington Place, but this is a fair warning for anyone looking into townhomes at this location: be VERY cautious of choosing Kensington as a place to live, especially if you have children. You would think that having an 18-month old child and desperately being in need of finding a place would equate to being treated with more empathy. It is absolutely incredible what we had to go through, and even as I am writing this review, we have yet to find a place. Credit to Daniel Aiello who was very understanding towards the end and provided us with a complete refund of payments made in a prompt manner."
