The Tides at Waterside

"If I could give more stars I would! I've never been so happy living anywhere before. You can't even compare it to the other apartments around. It's so refreshing to live in a quiet, safe, and beautiful place - and you cannot beat the bungalow-style living. It feels like we have our own little house, and the dogs definitely love having the yard to run around and sunbathe in. The views, grounds, and amenities are amazing and everything is kept so clean and nice. The location is also perfect. You can ride your bike to waterside place, take a very short drive to Main Street LWR, UTC, and not too far away from Downtown Sarasota or the beach. The cherry on top of everything is the management and maintenance - they are all the perfect mix of professional and kind. So happy to call this place home! :)"

"My move in was such a breeze! I went to the office, signed for my keys and was briefed on everything in my welcome packet. Got my gate fob and started unpacking the truck. Then it was so simple to remove all of my moving boxes in a great big area with a trash compactor and garbage bins. I got Spectrum to come the very first day and now I can play music! Wow!!!"

They are kind and attentive and are always working their hardest to make sure everyone is taken care of. Single floor units allow for easy accessibility and make the move-in process as simple as could be! The entire leasing and maintenance teams are amazing, efficient, professional and helpful! "We just moved into The Tides and couldn’t be happier. Not only are the views amazing…the office staff is amazing too. They are so professional and on top of everything but also caring. I had to put my dog to sleep last weekend so I went into the office to update the office and they all teared up with me and couldn’t have been more supportive."
