The leasing office was so welcoming and friendly. Felix the manager was very professional, experienced, resourceful and kind. Without Felix we would never have found some great shops & restaurants in the area. He is not only professional but fun in a matter of fact kind of way. We would probably still be living at 50 Paramount if we hadn't bought a house. Who knows? We might be back some day & hope it is as good as it was when we lived there. Thank you."

"50 Paramount is a great community. The leasing office and maintenance people are all very helpful and friendly. Whenever you need something they're there for you right away. I don't know why anyone would have anything negative to say about the community. If people can't take their home serious and have pride it is definitely not because of the staff but rather some of the tenants lack respect for themselves or the community."

"These are some photos throughout each building in this complex. Urine stains from dogs, none of the front doors lock, or they are left wide open as you can see in one of my pictures. And I've been here 7 months and the doors have never been secured. The dumpster usually looks like this every single Sunday, except for a few occasions here and there. I rated this place 3 Stars because the staff is extremely nice, & the units are nice inside. If they worked on these problems this place would be 6 stars no doubt about it. But until then it will stay at 3. Paying a few grand a month " if not more" most tenants here want the same thing I'm talking about it this post. So if you decide to rent from 50 Paramount it does have its pros & it's cons."
