"Hands down the worst experience I’ve had living in an apartment. After multiple years here I can’t wait to move and I DO NOT recommend living here. It’s not even worth touring, what you see on the tour in no way represents life here. Roaches - 3 different types, and not a normal amount. The buildings are infested, confirmed by terminix Terrible office/property manager. Poor communication skills and a generally bad attitude. No one knows how to park or drive, people often drive down the middle or wrong side of the already narrow roads Dumpster frequently overflowing, only one in the neighborhood Structural cracks both inside and outside of the units. This is because the buildings are old and beyond the point of needing to be torn down and rebuilt (built in 1997!) Loud neighbors, thin walls Loud music from pool areas, all hours Cheap appliances that need frequent repairs (washer dryer especially) Way overpriced because of location. Location is nice for shopping and food, horrible for traffic/commute to downtown Maintenance guys are nice, but their hands are often tied because of cheap management. My one saving grace about this place, the guys are really nice. Detached garages flood with any rain, moldy Frequent police/fire dispatches Constant beeping from various faulty fire systems and other community equipment Not a safe neighborhood. Not a nice neighborhood. And certainly not the “premium apartment living” they advertise on the sign out front. They'll be very responsive and nice til about a week after move-in, then you're on your own because you're locked in for at least 12 months. They then get somewhat responsive around renewal time, then back to business as usual if you make the mistake of renewing like I did. If you’re seeing this review, trust your gut and take it as your sign to live literally anywhere else."

"This apartment complex is absolutely horrible! They dont care about any of their tenants and let over 80 cars be towed from the complex in the last 3 months and have no grace for people with new registration or our visitors!! You try going into the office to figure out how to get a permit and EVERY single worker here tells you it’s not their problem, to figure it out and you can risk parking in visitor parking to not get towed.. but you still end up getting towed!! Beware that this complex does not have your best interest!"

"They're good at raising the rent but apparently lack the knowledge on how to reinvest the money back into the place. They also have a contract with the towing company and will send out a random email to get a new parking sticker. If you failed to do so like me a lot of others, then you'll wake up to a surprise when you and all your neighbors are out looking for their vehicles."

"ERIKA FIGUEROA! I recently relocated and entered into a lease with TGM University Park. I had a rather complicated situation which Erika was so helpful, efficient and TIMELY. I can't express how much I appreciate her assistance. Even after, I stop by the office with questions periodically and she always greets me with a smile and consistently makes living here a pleasant experience. Thank you for all you do, Erika!!!!"

"My sister and I have been here 6 months and just love it. Ericka is so amazing. Anytime I have a question or concern she addresses it right away. She is very helpful and on top of her game. With Ericka's help we were also able to get my brother an apartment. When I placed an order for my lights to be fit it was taken care of the very next day before I came home."
