"It is a pleasure to write a review for Craig, from the very beginning of his arrival here at Bella Grove, he has been extremely helpful through out a list of Issues that we have had at our location, both big and small. From water coming down from the above apartments due to A/C leaking into ours, replacing our thermostat that was not functioning correctly, to retrieving jewelry that had fallen into sink We feel lucky to have Craig here when something needs to be attended to and think Bella Grove should feel the same, having an employee that takes pride in his work."
"Great place to live! It’s clean, safe and quiet. I love the pool area. Craig, the maintenance man, is so wonderful. He’s super helpful and always gives my dog treats (even though he barks at him!). Highly recommend!"
"The location is great! the apartment is nice, but the fridge, stove, washer and dryer could be better. Craig, the only maintenance that seems to tolerate the place is amazing! he got my sink fixed in a day. he's always around making sure things are in working condition."
"So impressed with The Point at Bella Grove. The move in process (paperwork, leasing, contract) was super easy thanks to assistant community manager, Cheyenne Neipert. Clear and quick communication throughout the entire process. As for the apartment: a true dream come true! My family was paying the same rate for a different apartment complex but with less than half the quality. The community is clean, quiet, and kind. Apartment is large, high ceilings, lovely balcony that oversees the pool area, trash valet service. It really doesn't get better than this. So grateful to have found a home at Bella Grove."
