"Worst place to ever stay at staff is terrible, townhomes are built poorly once you move in stuff will start falling apart like door knobs, blinds. All the walls are painted with primers paint and not the second coat so expect your walls to get dirty off the touch. Overall the worst experience i have ever experience. You will be charged for things unexpected under section 9 of the contract, well atleast in my contract it states i dont pay water and still she forces us to pay it and hold us accountable for things thats arent in the contract. By she i mean Lisa she is the most disrespectful and unprofessional women i have ever dealt with. At the end of the day if u wanna move here be my guest but as a tenant this is the worst experience i have had and multiple people. She will delete reviews and make her name and her company seem the best. These aren't the only reviews, she had like 10 1 star reviews and she deleted them all. One being my review."

"Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere. We had nothing but negative experiences with this place as did atleast a half dozen of my neighbors who have since moved or are looking to move. We had electrical issues, mice, ants, and unfinished construction of apartment and the management is a nightmare to get a hold of and have actually do something or respond to you if you are lucky enough to reach them. Your rent and fees will likely change as well and they will make you pay things even though your lease says they cover it (like water). This place is also terrible for parking. It's too expensive for how low quality it is and all the headaches as well. Even if you put in maintenance request or complain about an issue they wont do anything and will just expect money from you. Basically shut up and pay me even though they dont abide by lease or fix things."
