"Good day to all new residents! From very first time I stepped in the office looking for a new apartment in Sarasota (I moved from Nashville, TN for work), Jamie (manager’s assistant) made me feel very welcomed. She showed me every apartment that was available and gave me a tour of the facility. Application process took less than 24hrs. It was amazing how fast everything was processed and approved, especially being out of state. From every little maintenance issue, everything gets done fast. Most importantly, my family loves the apartment, loves the area we are in. Which is great. Everything you need only 5-10 mins away! Just a want to say Thank You for making a transition to a new place so easy!"

"Lived here for 4 years Current staff is so friendly and attentive. Any maintenance issues were addressed immediately. Some addressed within the hour to the next day. Even helped me when I locked myself out (my fault) right after the office hours has ended. Location is prime, close by to so much and only 15 minutes to downtown, 11 minute to UTC area and 20/25 to at.Armand circle and Lido beach. Without the prices of other places within the area. Layout was great and the complex has updated many units. Trash valet pick up 5 days a week, straight from door and I live on third floor unit with nice screened in balcony, and high ceiling in unit. Very nice sized kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, Laundry room with washer and dryer appliances provided and walk-in closet. Although I don’t use the amenities often There is a fitness center, small dog park, lake to walk around, heated pools Grilling area with access to gas grills. Additional the leasing office has a small computer center and the staff are super helpful if you need something printed or faxed. Pretty safe no issues with break ins to my car or apt. Come home late occasionally, as a single women and not had any related safety concerns. There is also surveillance cameras in common areas for additional safety. The property also host occasional events for holidays and contests. Fun but optional to participate and never interfere with traffic/parking."
