"This place is a dump. No cameras in the hallways to watch the elderly in case they fall. The elevators are constantly breaking down. Management goes onto apts when ever they want to when peeps not home. They go into apts if someone is in hospice so they can take inventory then as soon as someone passes they are in there taking what the want for themselves or to sell. I wouldnt move in here if it was the last place on earth to live not unless hud does something about how this place is run. Very poorly not to mention the bed bugs & roaches"

"I have lived in this building and needed to move for personal reasons, but I want to say that if you are tired of bad managers, who do not listen to you and are rude, come to live in Burlington Tower where the manager is understanding, helpful, nice and a loving person with everybody, and all the staff are also nice."

"We are without hot water since Friday and maintenance says it will be next Tuesday before we have hot water again. This is not a new problem but no one in management or maintenance has made the effort to truly resolve the problem."

"It's an older building that's for disabled or older people the apartments are cute in a nice size but cheaply put together the elevator super slow and old but my friend lives there and he's on some rental program cheap so what he's paying it's a really cute apartment"

"Staff really unprofessional! The rules only apply to who they dis like, They use scare tactics to threaten elderly people with a eviction who don't know the law.. If the staff likes you it's okay to do as you please. But if not watch out. And also the outside grounds men drink alcohol on the job and stay after to fraternize with the renters.. Just very unpleasant place to have to live.. The elderly should not have to worry and walk on egg shells.. May God have mercy on them.."
