Their parking regulations are terrible I park there to visit family and I guess every day around 11p.m a tow truck comes and just takes your car if there is no pass/permit unbelievable! I was in a visitor spot and I guess I overstayed my welcome, will never be leaving my car out after 11 ever again. Fix your rules please"

"We recently acquired a new manager, Jorge Sosa and I just wanted to say we originally thought things would be better. We are going to move out soon, reasons are mainly due to the bathtub issue. We originally were told we would have a handicapped apartment when we applied. They finally called and said our apartment was ready. We were moving from the east coast of Florida and were prepared to move some things in. When we were shown the apartment it was not handicapped but we were anxious to move so we unfortunately accepted. The bathtub is 20 inches high standard height is 14 to 16 inches. We had twice submitted a form from the Dr stating we needed a walk in shower. Those are not in our files. The present manager, Jorge, had us complete a new form, had someone give an estimate in May to the corporate office and were just told on Aug 22 that we would need to pay $1750.00 to have the shower installed when we were never told previously that the cost was ours to pay. There are other issues, but mainly we were not told the truth and other issues have not been resolved. If we get a blowing wind rain from the east the water comes in under the door and we have to soak it up using beach towels. Be cautious if you want to live here."

Sam is super helpful anytime i need help or have questions, i have had two very minor issues that were fixed pretty quick. The layout was very well thought through, the main bathroom is HUGE and the apartment its self is very spacious! Very thankful to have this opportunity to get on my feet and buy my own home eventually!"
