"It was a great place until new management ruined. My move out bill included an extra 200$ for carpet replacement which was not new when moves in to begin with. Maintenance crew was rude as well . Lived there for 2 years. When I called to ask why they charged 200% for carpet they said it was used and stained and that they did me a favor by just charging 200$."
"Cant recommend living here unfortunately. My unit has had constant A/C issues that took over 6 months before management finally had no choice but to fix it rather than applying band-aids every few weeks. My electric bills escalated for 6 months because management refused to replace the compressor that the staff admitted was "on its way out", and instead installed a booster on it to get every last drop of life out. It got to a point where we just expected A/C to go out every few weeks throughout the entire second half of 2022. We had a portable A/C in our unit on four separate occasions, for over a week more than once. They finally replaced the entire A/C unit after spending New Years without A/C, as the compressor finally gave out completely. I have been emailing with management for over 3 months regarding financial compensation for my electric bills and for the many, many inconveniences of having so many nights without A/C dating back to summer 2022. They just keep telling me they are waiting for the regional manager to "review" my electric bills I sent over 6 weeks ago. A/C issues aside, my oven had to be replaced, my dishwasher broke for multiple days, and the apartment has the worst roach infestation of any apartment I've lived at. The gate has worked for maybe a week or two out of the year I've lived here. I don't even think they care to fix it at this point. Management did however decide to repaint the exterior of all the buildings, which of course will attract new residents. In my experience the outside of the building may look nice but the inside needs a lot of attention Overall especially considering the prices, this place really has left a lot to be desired. The best I can provide at this time is a single star, maybe I can update this if things get better."
"Great location to live, super fancy apartments, super clean community, safe community and management makes sure you are safe and secure. We just don't recommend we insist that you move to Sonoma Pointe in Hunters Creek. CB and RBP"
"This complex is stellar. The management company tries to accommodate its residents as much as possible, with some rules - like pool hours - being more flexible because they're rooted in courtesy and common sense. Maintenance is rapid...I don't have a better word for it. Office staff - Coraly and Elliott - are awesome and on top of things. They are always smiling, friendly, attentive, and empathetic. They address concerns extremely quickly. Move-in was flawless and painless. Most of the leasing stuff is done online at your convenience. All in all, there's a reason this property has a waiting list."
