Building is from concrete and it's a no evacuation place if hurricane strikes. You can apply for a $ 300 energy credit and therefore you don't pay electric bill for at least 5 month. "DON'T MOVE HERE! MANAGEMENT IS NICE N NASTY. THEY GO INTO YOUR APT WHEN YOU'RE NOT HOME. GHOST ANTS AND ROACHES ALL OVER THE BUILDING. THE BUG SPRAY MUST BE WATER! SOME STALKERS, BROWN NOSING, BACK STABBING, GOSSIPY, STEALING N NASTY NEIGHBORS WHO PUT INK PENS IN YOUR WASHER N DRYER. HAD TO HEAR MY NEWEST NEIGHBOR'S BED BOUNCING HALF THE NIGHT EVERY WEEKEND BUT SHE WAS A NUT CASE WHO LIVED ALONE! A HIGH CRIME AREA! ASK THE POLICE!
