"NONE of the amenities work! This place is a JOKE, they lie to before signing your lease. Multiple promises and emails stating that things would be fixed. Three months later and more things have broken but not one thing fixed!! Can’t use the gym, pool, or hit tub."
"I have left a review before, but this time, I’m leaving it up permanently. Please do yourself a favor and research where you live and this complex. One, it is infested with termites, subterranean, and drywall. I reported this to management a week after I moved in, and they said they would have someone come out and take care of it. Subterranean termites require underground treatment of the premises. If the infestation has reached one building, it has reached all the others. Drywall termites need the tenting of the building, making it uninhabitable, and if the termites are in one building, they are in all of the buildings. Every time it rains, you will have these unwanted visitors ( pictures and videos below), and worst of all, they charge you a monthly fee for pest control. I was charged for the entire time, even though I only had treatment done once. Two, the floors and walls are paper thin, and if you end up in building 7-apt 5744, you will have downstairs neighbors that fight each other at all hours of the night. Management will protect and defend them because they have family living in the buildings surrounding Building 7. They have a pitbull that is not an emotional support licensed dog. He is kept in a cage most of the day and howls and whines, which is very sad. They walk him once a day around the building for a short period, and when he sees people, he jumps at them because he is extremely isolated. The aggressive neighbors downstairs are also very loud; they slam their front door day in and day out. I don’t think they work much. The slamming door causes the floors and windows that are paper thin to shake. It’s frightening and stressful. The aggressive woman who lives below shoved me one day as I was walking to my apartment because I reported them to the office. They are not only aggressive with each other but with their neighbors as well. The biggest thing is that it is right next to 275 Interstate—approximately 200 feet. You will hear every car, truck, motorcycle, etc. They speed by at all hours of the day and night. The worst is when you are sleeping and the motorcycles going over the speed limit zoom by and wake you while you are sleeping. I was woken up nightly like this with my heart racing. You will hardly ever get a good night's rest, and you will be miserable. Noise pollution is a peaceful person's nightmare. If you value your sleep and enjoy a quiet, peaceful home, this alone will destroy your livelihood. On top of this, someone told me they increased the rent by 22%. My rent was approximately $2200.00, and they are now asking $2800.00 for my same apartment with all the major cons I just noted. Ohhh, the second bedroom has a small vent that will never cool the spare room due to the vaulted ceilings, and it is the only vent on that side of the apartment. The electric bill will be sky-high even if you keep it at 75 degrees at all times. They determine Water usage, which makes absolutely no sense cause you can’t see your use. ( if you ask me, this is a way to steal money) the city should monitor it) Management is an absolute waste of time, space, and intellect. Alia and Erica both don’t care at all. They will smile and be happy when they want something but request clarification or even report a concern, and they will walk by you as if you’re a ghost. I forgot to mention the fire caused by an electrical appliance in the apartment (provided by the complex) during the summer. The apartment became engulfed in flames, and the tenants in the building across from where I lived had to jump out of their windows from a second-story building: a mother and a child. The building has been sitting there for months with no repairs, just boarded windows. Good luck, two-time tenant. 1st time in 2010 and recently in 2022-2023. P.S. The office has replied to my review. Mind you, I have emails back and forth with Alia and Erica (management) in regards to all my claims stated above, and they want to post a reply on my review so shamelessly and ask how they can help now?!"
"Worst place I’ve ever lived. I was blatantly robbed by the management. My car was keyed the second day I lived here, nothing was done. I noticed cars being keyed throughout the complex. Crackheads and hookers walk through regularly here. You’ll pay 4x a house of the same size for utilities. If you care about your family you won’t move here!"
"Time to renew and I just saw the updated units....Amazing!!! Particularly love the units with the marble backsplash and white counters. I was a little hesitant about the changes around here when the water was shutting off. Alicia assured me it was only because of improvements being made and it hasn't happened since. All the outside improvements look great. Love the new pool furniture and can't wait to use the new grill by the pool (thank you because the old one always had a line!)."
