"I have been resident for awhile and have rented several places in the country. This property is well maintained. I don’t know if people thing that because they pay a little more they deserve everything on a golden platter. Peace and quiet and a nice place to live are important. Maintenance is AWESOME and I sure miss Ashley but I’m sure they will get someone just as good. I would like to see controlled access or parking passes and that being monitored as well as fobs to the amenities as people that don’t live here have full access."
"Maintenance is awesome and property is so nice! I’m a new resident and have to give Kudos to the entire staff, especially Isaac and the manager Ashley for such a smooth move in process. Mike was great on my move in day walking me to my new home and I had one small work order and that was completed within 24 hours. The community is clean and amenities are beautiful. I’m so happy I made the decision to choose Ibis Walk after 10 years in my other place. Thank you"
"Please do yourself a favor and consider alternative options when signing a lease. These are terrible living conditions with rundown/inoperable amenities and a careless property manager. Let’s preface my situation with that fact that I have zero financial complaints related to my lease. I clarify this because often times when residents post a complaint it’s in relation to hidden fees (which are usually 50/50). The largest red flag associated with this community and the most disgusting element of TGM is the cockroach infestation that management continuously turns a blind eye towards. You make jump to the conclusion that this is a residents problem due to cleanliness of the unit. All 4 of my neighbors had the same issue and you will find numerous dead roaches in the hallways on any given day. Please go inspect for yourself before buying. This wouldn’t be a problem if the property maintenance took care of the issue. But they will decline work orders and dismiss complaints without any support, it has gotten wildly out of control and they have elected to act as if the issue doesn’t exist. The second problem is that you will notice a well established pool deck that seems sanitary in pictures. The pool itself, the hot tub and the outdoor bar are all very unsanitary and go unused by most guests. The pool deck also includes one grill shared by hundreds of residents. The grill has remained broken for over a year, when asked by maintenance when it will be fixed they claim to be remodeling the entire outdoor space. Nothing has been initiated in over a year. I’m not taking the time out of my day to write poorly about this location even tho I have every right to do so. I take the time to save someone from commuting a year if their life to awful living conditions. Good luck"
"I've been here 3 months. I love the pool, the gym, the park on your level parking garage. The apartments inside are very nice. Big kitchens and washers and dryers. I had a great move in experience. There seems to consistently be an issue with the gates at the parking garage and also the gates around the buildings are usually open and/or do not lock properly. I realize these gates are really a false sense of security anyway so not a huge issue with that, but it would be nice if they worked. Maintenance comes out very quick if you need something, and they are really nice. I like the on line portal to pay rent and submit requests. I saw other reviews people complaining about noise, my first two months here were fine. I never hear my neighbors next to me. I used to hear the person above me walking around, but nothing disruptive. As of last month, I have new neighbors upstairs that are a complete nightmare. I'm pretty sure they have at least one kid who is constantly running back and forth well until after 11pm at night. Also, they vacuum and move furniture around after 11pm at night also. Absolutely no common courtesy. They are so loud my light fixtures shake. The noise woke my 5 month old nephew who I was babysitting. I do not regret moving here, I only regret not getting an apartment on the top floor. You always run a risk of loud people above you. Just an update from my original review in March- The gates are still broken. Final update I lived here 1 year. Overall I loved my apartment. Gates were always broken. No exaggeration they were broken more than they were fixed for the year I was here. Dumpster is an issue on the off days for valet trash pick up- it’s always overflowing and trash is everywhere. In my courtyard aside from the door being broken the entire time, there was a plumbing issue and water would accumulate and smell. Also I have never lived in a community where it seemed no one cleaned up after their dogs. Maintenance is great. Office staff was polite. Nice amenities. Like most people are dealing with right now, they wanted to increase my rent over $500 so I moved. I felt I got my renewal kind of late I had 2 weeks to accept or decline."
