"BE AWARE: Make sure to ask for income requirements and what is considered income BEFORE applying. I was told that my income was sufficient (never given a specific number) and waited 2 months just to find out that it wasn’t. (At the time of denial I was provided with income requirements and what was considered income) this company is doing a great job with helping families in need and everyone was helpful and very nice. Just a bit disorganized when it came to what was needed to qualify. Ie: amount of check stubs, income limits/requirements, wait time, etc. Also, just go to the office, they will not answer the phone or return your calls."
