"It’s a good place to stay and a good area Be aware if they don’t like you the will do anything to write you a warning plus check always the light bill cause you might pay light bill for your neighbors too 600 and up of only light bill outrageous there’s nowhere possible it can be that high…The Women I encounter are Respectful and Professional except for the Men & some of them"

"I lived here almost 2 years and it is the best management company I've ever dealt with. Maintenance is always quick to respond (even after hours, holidays) and quick to fix things. The manager, David, almost always responds same day whether it be over phone or email. Any time I had a problem he did his best to help and made sure he was communicating about what was going on. He worked with me A LOT in the last month or so of my lease when I had to keep changing my move out date and had a million questions. I never had any problems with bugs in my apartment, which is almost unheard of. Only problems I ever had were with neighbors, and trouble finding parking sometimes. They do say they'll tow, but I never saw a tow truck there so a lot of cars were not owned by residents and would park wherever. Overall, David, Emily, and the maintenance staff do a great job."

"We have lived here for 3 years. I have two small children and cats. Our apartment has been flooding every time it rains hard for the entire 3 years (which this time of year is once a week). We keep hearing it will be fixed, but it still has not. We tried to get a our tub resurfaced the other day and a fire was started in our master bed room by the worker. Now we have to wait a week for new carpet and to finish the tub. We have never been compensated for any inconvenience. Every time it floods or something happens, we have to pack up our kids and pets and leave. Now we will have to take time off of work and pay out of pocket for a hotel so this work can be done. We have tried several times to talk to David about working out something so we can all agree on, but he has no compassion for our situation that is no fault or our own."

"My apartment was beautiful. I had granite countertops, beautiful glass tile backsplash, gorgeous stainless steel appliances and lots of closet space. The property manager David is one of the nicest, kindest people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. His professional work ethic is top notch. I’ve never seen a property manager on the field, working as diligently as David does. The maintenance staff has always been nice, respectful dedicated and helpful to us. I moved out of Serenity Lane in order to be closer to my place of business. I would like to sincerely thank you and your staff for being awesome. I appreciate each and every one of you.
