"Worst place to live I've ever seen in Florida. They pay people to leave good reviews that only speak about the management so it's clear they never lived there and are paid to run the rating up. Place has black mold, bugs and is disgustingly kept up around the apartment. AVOID. They'll prob reply the generic thing to do contact them"

I’ve personally found that working in the main office we thrive a quick responses and keeping a welcoming energy to all residents. Management has been wonderful in my training and addressing issues promptly as they arrive. I enjoy working at Genesis and my connections with all the tenants!"

"I’m genuinely embarrassed to be living here. It’s going on 3 years I’ve been here, and it just has gotten worse and worse. I can say with 100% confidence that a part of the problem is the quality of tenant you guys allow to rent here as if recent. People who leave diapers l, fast food wrappers, or just entire bags of trash on the sidewalks, parking lot, in the grass, etc on a regular, almost DAILY basis. But I notice you guys got a nice brand new blue sign for the Drew St entrance, because all it seems you people worry about are how this place looks in pictures online, and how the Drew St set of buildings look from the road. The other side of the complex gets neglected, and having lived on both sides I can say wholeheartedly that the side the rental office is on is nicer and better kept. I even had a maintenance man who was living on the property tell me this when I initially moved in on moving day. You guys need to get realistic about what kind of complex Genesis Apartments is: it is a ghetto, neglected, overpriced, outdated, and dirty apartment complex with cracks in the ceiling, unleveled floors, and neighbors who can’t afford the rent, so they have 5-6 adults and 4 kids living in a 3 bedroom apartment. That’s the reality of Genesis Apartments. Any good review of this place is fake and posted by management. Steer clear of this apartment unless it is your only option. 0/5 stars"

"I wish I could give 0. Leasing office is impossible to get a hold over, rent is overpriced, and nothing is ever fixed. Every unit I had there has flooded multiple times. Holes an mold in the ceiling were never taken care of despite multiple maintenance requests, and AC freezes every month. When told by the HVAC tech the AC needed to be replaced, nothing was done. Still have a hole that floods when it rains. Leaving this month thankfully."

"My son and I moved into Genesis Apartments early March. So far, the staff is Amazing, Maintance has been efficient and well mannered. I appreciate that. The Community itself is beautiful, clean and is in a great location. We are excited to be here and be apart of the Community. Happy Neighbor :)"
