"I was living here for a year office staff was polite, that's it. No answering the phone or email. Any maintenance takes extremely long to accomplish. The car care station has not been fixed, so had no chance to use it."
"I've lived here for three years and just signed my lease renewal a couple months ago. This place will nickel and dime you over everything and doesn't address the concerns of its residents. I'm currently being double charged for my trash fee and the office refuses to fix it. I just received my monthly statement for November and the office and utility company are double billing me. It's going on the third month where this has happened and no one will do anything about it; the office didn't even respond to my last email about the issue. Most of the reviews on here are for potential and newly leased residents. Of course, you'll have a pleasant experience when they want you to sign a lease or first move in. Afterward, the office staff (which seems to change annually, along with the management company) won't care about your concerns. You'll be lucky if you get a response to an email, let alone get anyone to pick up the phone to speak with you or deal with you in-person. I like my apartment and the location of the community but this place doesn't care about its residents. I've had my rent increase 36% since moving here back in 2020 and am still being double billed for fees that should have been fixed. There's trash everywhere (and good luck with the valet trash company actually picking up your trash, even though we pay almost $50 in trash, recycling, and valet fees each month); some of the residents party in the cookout area until the early hours of the morning (even on weekdays); the recent renovations were shoddily done; the pools are closed half the time; and one of the ponds is filled with algae. Nobody cares here."
"I had recently posted a review post move out saying that it wasn’t bad other than wasps and lack of response from maintenance even though they lived in the unit across from me! I wanted to update my response but that’s not an option so I’m making a new one: Don’t move here! Prices are good and a cheap deposit but when you go to move out, they will over charge you and stick you with a $100 bill for no reason! I filled all the holes in the apartment before I moved out so there was only touch up paint needed. They sent me a bill for $100 saying I damaged the walls!! So not only did they keep my $100 deposit for misc “service charges” but on top of that charged me $100 for “wall damage”. When I asked for specific damage I was being charged for I was told “they only thing I can provide is the finale statement”. Aka, they know I didn’t damage the walls. Half the time I lived there, the pool was closed too, in the middle of summer! So I couldn’t even use the pool I was paying for. They also force you to pay for a “hello locker” for packages but then half the time the code doesn’t work and you can’t get your package. I even had my package stolen in there. The wasps were so bad around the place, my cat got stung on my porch and I couldn’t use my porch because it was infested with wasps and nobody would come get rid of it even though I was paying for pest control."
