Reviews of Aria At Millenia Apartments
"The Council's are the best. The events bring the community together. They're always fun."
"The walls are paper thin, you can literally hear everything so good luck if you have so much as a heavy footed neighbor let alone a loud one, or someone that likes to vacuum 5 times a day. Can’t believe more people haven’t posted about the noise. Nothing you can do about it either. The tenants do not pick up after themselves, the grounds are a mess. People don’t pick up after their dogs even though there is dog stations. The clubhouse is always left a mess, no one is held accountable for their actions hence why it keeps happening over and over. Just take a walk in after a party has been there. Illy coffee machine is great in the morning, except when you find the ants in your cup as you drink since the machine is over run with them consistently (do yourself a favor and peek behind the machine). When the events are hosted by Aria trash is left behind even though the dumpster is a short walk away. The rent is not cheap, there’s also been two shootings in the plaza across within the past two months. If you value peace, quiet and clean amenity areas do not move here. Gates are also not working properly so it isn’t secure. Office staff is nice, but that isn’t nearly enough to make up for the other points."
"If you value peace and decency, do not move here. The caliber of people that live in this community leaves much to be desired, which is a shame given the cost of the rent. Constant noise, between dogs all of hours of night and ghetto tenants blasting music in all directions, you will be very disturbed if you are a person that values peace and quiet. The office staff are nice enough, but be advised that they are powerless to the disturbing tendencies of the individuals that reside within this community. I would not describe this community as luxury by any means, it literally feels like living in the hood. Some of it is because of the cheap construction of the buildings, allowing you to hear if your neighbor breaks wind, and the other is just plain and simple inconsiderate and unsavory people. Also, the maintenance isn’t the best when it comes to the grounds, the gate famously isn’t working, allowing criminals in to vandalize tenants vehicles or worst. The trash compactor also has a tendency to be inoperable. Trust me if you have two grand or more a month to spend on rent, do yourself a favor and find an apartment complex that doesn’t make you feel like you are living in pine hills."
"Moved in at the end of August. I signed my lease before even seeing the unit because I was relocating to be a teacher very close by. It was definitely not a mistake. Everyone is really helpful and caring at the front. Maintenance is really cool too. All of the minor things are often residents fault. Some residents aren't too good at keeping things clean but the complex usually keeps up with it pretty well. Since I've moved in the complex has fixed the gate at least 3 times. Unfortunately, people don't keep it in working condition by doing nonsense. The gym is 24 hours which I love. Pools never too crowded. The interior of the apartments are really nice too. I'm hoping to live here for a while. I'm pretty happy !"
