"This apartment complex is not worth the money. When I say you are safer living in your car I mean it. Ever since the day we moved in we have had roach problems that never seems to go away no matter what anyone does, the maintenance and upkeep of the property need some working on, the regional manager needs to be reminded of how to properly talk to tenants, and we pay more for absolutely no difference of anything. And also not to mention that the first 2 months that we lived here we literally didn’t have a bathroom sink. We have been dealing with this for over a year now and are frustrated living here to say the least. We have tried literally everything and nothing works. The only positive I would say is that the electrical and plumbing seem to work fine for the most part and the location is near shopping centers and some restaurants."

"1000% DO NOT RECOMMEND this place! This place is a dump!!! I don’t even know where to begin. I had a short lease and I am so happy I did. The units are falling apart. Around the third month of me living here, there was a leak in the roof of my kitchen. The office handled the situation poorly. After me going up there and emailing them so many times, I was told the repair would take too long and I had to transfer to a new unit. I moved to the new unit and the following week it rained and there was a leak in the roof in the new unit too! A few weeks later there was a new resident living in the unit that they moved me out of because the repair “would take too long.” This company is just a money hungry business. They do not care about the residents. The leasing consultant, Stephanie and the property manager, Shelby are uneducated when it comes to their job. One person will tell you one thing and the other will say something completely different. It would be nice if they were on the same page. Keep in mind that you most likely will not get your security deposit back. I left my apartment cleaner than when I moved in, but yet they are still charging a “cleaning fee.” This place is a joke. Please take your money somewhere else and save yourself. This is by far the WORST place I have ever lived! If I could give 0 stars I would."

"I would not recommend this please. Maintenance is an ongoing problem. I have had maintenance issues in my apartment for well over a year that have not been taken care of. The current office staff will not communicate. One example was, I was having a problem in my apartment. I had tried talking to the office staff several times in one day to no avail. I went to the office shortly before closing they were standing outside, and when they saw my car pull up they ran for their cars and left 30 minutes prior to the office supposedly closing. The community, maintenance and landscaping is not taken care of any better than the apartments are. Most weekends, the one and only trash compactor on site is overflowing and trash bags are just left outside. My microwave died three weeks ago and they won’t even tell me when or if it will be replaced. My kitchen faucet has not worked correctly for over a year. It can take weeks to get a lightbulb changed. Some repairs are done so poorly that it looked better prior to the repair. And lately I have found it impossible to even get a hold of corporate. I had a black mold problem in my apartment that took over a year to address. I am still having a problem with the black mold. I have lived here since 2017 through a lot of management changes. The current management seems to be the worst yet. They will tow your car at the drop of a hat. I’ll pay extra for a garage and have been told in the past. I can park whatever I want in front of my garage and get my car was towed anyway. Don’t move here you will be miserable"

"I just moved out of this apartment complex. Beware to renters, make sure you give them a receipt that the place was professionally cleaned even if it was spotless because they cannot confirm that it was cleaned even if they supposedly did a walkthrough and inspected the place. They will take it out of your deposit even if the apartment is clean. I left the apartment spotless and they still took money from my deposit. So please beware and make sure you give that receipt within 72 hours of leaving the apartment. I asked them if it was possible to give the receipt now. Nope. Not possible. I feel like i was scammed to be honest."
