"I'm into my third lease. Pam has been the property GM the whole time, and she's wonderful. They are very responsive in maintenance requests. Older complex, but well taken care of, and currently undergoing a lot of renovations. This was a great find for me as I enjoy being in Safety Harbor. The library is 1.2 miles away; walks along the water are less than 10 minutes away; Philippe Park is about 10-15 minute walk away; and Main Street is about 1.5 miles with lots of dining, events, and shopping. Plus, easy access to Courtney Campbell, Oldsmar, Dunedin, and Clearwater. Besides being eclectic, Safety Harbor boasts being safe and quiet. You always see friendly neighbors out enjoying our great weather and surroundings. It's a jewel, as the sign says, and Park at Torino is nestled in the mix."

Maintenance always takes care of our work orders too as promptly as possible. The landscaping on the property is also so beautifully done! The front office staff are all so kind and cordial! "Move here and you will live with hugh rats that you'll listen to screams at night when caught in the traps put in your apt. After giving your moving notice they expect you to continue to pay rent until the apt is rented to new tenants. Don't pay it and they will put the mark on your credit report. I strongly recommend you file complaints with the Florida Attorney General, the BBB, and the Florida Department of Licences and regulations. Good luck to everyone."
