"Terrible, Horrible place to live.... sooooo many crawlers (roaches) both in and outside the apartment. You can see it everywhere even in kitchen drawers, cupboards, while walking outside the building!!! ughhh!!!! Ewww!!!! The office people..... same. Do yourself a favor... Go somewhere else!"

"I wish I could give this 0 stars. Polos is a terrible place to live. When I lived here the apartment was filled with bedbugs and cockroaches which then infected our furniture. We later had to throw our $5,000+ furniture away and buy new ones. We requested people from polos to come and service our apartment (as they are required to) and they did not come until we called for the 6th time. The neighbors are horrible as well, they have no respect for the people around them. One of our neighbors stole our bike from outside of our apartment. I regret ever living here and I hope to never live somewhere like here again. I now live in a house and am glad I do."

"Terrible place to live. We have a water leak..the office has been closed for 3 days and the emergency after hours number wasn't taking incoming calls. So the water is still leaking and there is no one to call. Hope they don't think I'm paying this water bill."

"DIRTY, BAD MAINTENANCE, GYM DONT HAVE A/C SINCE I MOVE NO IVEN HALF OF THE MACHINE WORKS , THE SAUNA DONT WORK ,THE POOL IS CLOSE I DONT KNOW WHY IS SUMMER!.. PLAY AREA IS DIRTY. HALLWAYS DIRTY THEY NEVER CLEAN.. SMH!"

"Horrible place to stay!! i been living here since almost two years ago Maintenance sucks they take forever to fix things.. when my lease was due me and my husband decided to give it another try and rented with them again, they took forever to give us our apartment and when they FINALLY gave us a date to move in the same day we were moving in they called us and told us our new apartment wasnt ready!!! when they finally told us it was ready and we could move whenever we went to see the apartment and it had no fridge no stove no dishwasher so it wasnt ready, we called the office and they told us they were planning to move the old stove fridge and dishwasher to our new apt wordd my husband had to help the maintenance guy to bring it to our new apt just the fridge and stove, the sink in the kitchen had a big leak and when maitenance when to check it out they said it was due to us not having the dishwasher installed but that we were getting a new dishwasher withing the next 2 weeks my lease is due in 2 moths and i still dont have a dishwasher AT ALL!!"
