"What a wonderful place to live! We have lived here at The Loop for the past 10 months and DO live in paradise. This place has it all. The location is the best with everything UTC has to offer at your doorstep. The facilities are top shelf, from the pool to the gym to the business center and common area. The apartments are new, clean and spacious. The entire The Loop team is very responsive and so friendly. Specially,The manager Josue makes you feel like your family takes care of you and helps in whatever he can.BEST Manager Ever. Maintenance requests have been handled within hours and emails are answered quickly. We love our life.Thank you Josue!"

"Barbara with the The Loop at 2800 has great customer service! She was super friendly, kind, and helpful. I have been a resident for 3 years and my experience has been great! Great amenities, pool, gym, grills, and perfect location in Sarasota to get around town! Highly recommend living here! Maintenance staff has always able to fix and needs in a timely manner and customer service as been tip top! Apartments are spacious, clean, and has a welcoming neighborhood!"

The facility, grounds, pool, and all the amenities are fabulous. The common areas are well manicured, maintained, and the policies are gracefully and properly administered.
