"I recently celebrated my milestone birthday at Botanic Waterside, as I have been a resident here since April 2021. My family came in from Ohio, Tennessee, Colorado, and Texas. Most of the guests stayed in the 4 suites in the Clubhouse that residents can rent. We celebrated for 3 days, and everyone was so pleased with the Clubhouse, Cinema, and Pool House. They said that the place was beautiful, and the staff so helpful. One guest locked herself out of her guest suite, and when I opened an urgent request for maintenance to help, I was called right away and Enoch drove in from Venice 40 minutes away to open her room door. He was so pleasant about it as well, since it was in the evening when the office was closed. I am so appreciative to live in a place with the best service from the Botanic Waterside staff, and the facilities are so beautiful for family and friends to stay close by and enjoy."
