"Everyone in the office at Solaire from the leasing staff to the maintenance crew is wonderful!! The girls in the office are always smiling and happy to help with any questions or concerns you may have. Maintenance is very quick at responding to any issues you may have. I posted an online request on the weekend and Bernard was there by Monday!! So if your looking to lease an apartment make sure you add Solaire to that list!!"

"I have been here for nearly two months. I need to note that each day, I see maintenance people like Bernard inspecting the pool area and grounds. The place is spotless because of their team. The office crew, specifically Jolynne and Kacie always wear a smile and are quick to answer questions. You get the feeling that they hold pride in this property. Thank you for all you do. It doesn't go unnoticed."

"Lived here for a bit - had a verbal discussion with the property manager (both) who unbeknownst to me got fired. I paid all my rent on time and the two new managers sent me to collections since I notified them ~5 days late. After not knowing the previous person's had left. The emails never bounced back and there was no email that notified the residents of their departure. They sent me to collections and now the people who were there are both fired. This is a clerical error on Solaires part and I am the one SCREWED!!!! BEWARE! And, it's wood built so you can hear EVERYTHING."

"I’ve been a resident here since June 2021. While I have had a few reasonable challenges, I have really enjoyed living here for the most part! And when there have been concerns, they have been addressed quickly. Great location, very spacious, and awesome pool/fitness facility. The newest management team is excellent and professional. Bernard and Caleb deserve special mention, as they are always so helpful, friendly, and easy to work with."

"I moved in right after they opened and I'm so glad we did! My boyfriend and I had to find housing quickly when we were moving, and Solaire was accommodating with providing a tour last minute. The amenities offered are beautiful and brand new - not to mention, they are consistently maintained. Cassie is a ray of sunshine who is always happy to help should anything come up. She also continues to enthusiastically improve the property with updates (she just made sure we got brand new vending machines in the clubhouse and that was VERY exciting)! Caleb is another incredible community member who serves as our handyman and truly I don't know what we would do without him! Solaire makes it extremely easy to put a work order in online and Caleb is always quick and happy to respond to any request big or small. Overall, it's so comforting and appreciated that Solaire provides a safe, inviting community to live in. Not to mention, it completely feels like a resort! :)"
