"These good reviews have to be friends of new manager. Do not waste your money! Over priced! Grounds are terrible. Pool is falling apart. Every common area is infested with wasps. I do like the layout of the apartment but they wait until the water heaters flood peoples apartments and ruin peoples belongings to upgrade them. Outdoor AC units sound like jets taking off. Drug deals daily just head down near the furniture drop area. I do feel bad for the new manager as she was handed a mess. She seems nice and I hope she can turn it around. Just paid our last month of rent. We moved out three months early because we couldn’t deal with it anymore but still continued to pay because that is our financial obligation. Upper Management should also feel obligated to care for the property and apartments instead of let them get to the state they currently are in."

I was going to leave a review anyhow on our stay here being that we recently reached 1 year residing. Since our move in, it’s been such a great experience! Glasha was amazing! She’s the one who originally worked with us when we were applying! We love this community & have enjoyed living here. Staff are friendly, resourceful & helpful! The community is beautiful! The location is perfect! It’s been such a peaceful & quiet year here at Harbour Pointe!"
