"I couldn't be happier living at Waters Pointe, thanks in part to our community manager, Daniel and his staff. I moved in about a month before Daniel began and quite honestly at the time only planned to stay for the duration of my one-year lease. The changes that Daniel has made to not only the building itself, both inside and out but the sense of community we now have with the different holiday parties he has arranged, friendly neighbors and making sure that all residents are abiding to the community standards (picking up after doggies, keeping everything clean and ensuring our private gated community stays secure). I love our community so much with the improvements made over the last year, I made the decision to renew my lease. I have a beautiful apartment overlooking the intracoastal and our Olympic sized pool and look forward to another year of living in my hometown paradise."

Marena was so sweet, patient and helpful throughout the entire process and made the move and transition here so smooth and seamless. Once we got here, we met Daniel the property manager who is fantastic and is working hard to make many positive changes around the property. We also met Charlie the leasing agent who has been equally amazing and kind. The entire team truly is wonderful and so friendly!
