"I am disgusted, you can see the problem I have with roaches and the mice eating my rice. Plus the nasty mold on my closet doors that were not cleaned. Now the paint of the tub is coming out what the heck. This place smells and it is the worst apartment I have had in my life and I am from NYC."

"I currently am renting here and its pretty good but they really need to replace the windows. You can hear someone coughing from their apartment standing outside lol. Also the toilet in our apartment is old and can tell it was leaking before. It doesn’t flush stuff down unless you do it a couple of times. For the amount of money we pay you would think it would have decent windows and toilet"

"I knew I would be the next to come here after reading the reviews and not listening. I knew I would be here to say the same thing. This place, the management, the people. Everything… absolutely ridiculous We moved in to save money and I promise you, you will get what you pay for. We moved in and nothing was cleaned , roaches were painted over , there were syringes (likely drug users were here before we got in) and other old items left in the cupboards. This was as we moved in. Roaches stayed crawling through the space in the floorboards for an entire month, we couldn’t unpack. So they decided to have someone walk in without notifying us , to seal the floorboards. I should’ve moved out of that place when I first thought about it. Cops are there once a week. Investigator even came to our house. Loud music and cars through the complex all the time. Plenty of things to type. We couldn’t wait to get out of this place. Oh yeah, and they will take admin , water , sewer , carpet cleaning and insurance out of your security deposit when you leave Funny how they’re strict with cleaning but could care less when we moved in. Absolute joke"
